Estael Kamila Ornellas, founder of StarBella Spa, has been transforming lives through esthetics since 2012. Her journey began in Europe, where she trained at the prestigious CEN Esthetics Clinic in Portugal, gaining invaluable experience in one of the continent’s top beauty institutions. After honing her skills in Europe for five years, Estael relocated to the U.S., bringing with her a unique blend of European and Brazilian beauty expertise.
Originally from Brazil, Estael seamlessly integrates cutting-edge techniques from both regions, offering a truly distinctive approach to esthetics. Her clients often rave about the transformative results they achieve at StarBella—particularly in body contouring, where many say they’ve experienced outcomes unmatched anywhere else.
When she’s not helping her clients look and feel their best, Estael enjoys quality time with her family. She and her husband share a passion for design and DIY home projects, and their creative touch is reflected in the stunning decor of StarBella Spa.
Allegra Montecalvo, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Allegra is a board certified family nurse practitioner who has been in the medical field for 7 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Worcester State University in 2017 and started her career as a registered nurse in the hospital setting.
In 2022, Allegra obtained her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and then went on to become certified in neurotoxin injectables and dermal fillers. Allegra has a passion for education and strives to know the latest technology, techniques, and products among the aesthetics industry.
She believes in evidence based practice and implements that within her all of her treatments. Her goal is to create natural results that leave clients feeling confident, satisfied, and excited.
Maria Eduarda Lima
Maria Eduarda de Lima, trained and licensed in the United States, was mentored by the renowned Estael Kamila, which allowed her to refine her skills and knowledge in aesthetics. With a personalized approach, her goal is to understand each client’s specific needs and offer customized solutions to enhance their natural beauty.
She believes that every person is unique and deserves special treatment. Her mission is to help clients feel confident in their own skin, enhancing their inner and outer beauty. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, cherishing life’s simple moments.

Nathalia Valencia
Originally from Colombia, Nathalia Valencia discovered her passion for esthetics at the age of 18 while studying corporal massage in her home country. In 2019, she pursued her dream further by attending the Elizabeth Grady School in Massachusetts, where she earned her esthetician license and expanded her expertise in skincare and wellness.
Since joining StarBella Spa in March 2020, Nathalia has become an integral part of the team, specializing in body contouring and advanced facial therapies such as deep facials, dermaplaning, and HydraFacial treatments. Her dedication to helping clients look and feel their best has been the cornerstone of her professional growth.
Outside of work, Nathalia is passionate about personal wellness, enjoying daily workouts and a healthy lifestyle. Her mission is to inspire confidence and self-care in every client, creating a rejuvenating experience that goes beyond the surface.
Nicole Da Cunha
Nicole Da Cunha is a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful. Her specialties include Henna Eyebrow Design, Skin Cleansing, Microneedling, Body Treatments, Waxing, and more. Nicole’s journey into esthetics began with her personal battle with acne, which ignited her commitment to empowering others through beauty and self-care.
At StarBella Spa, Nicole takes a personalized approach to every treatment, ensuring her clients feel seen, valued, and transformed. She strives to boost self-esteem and achieve results that inspire confidence, all while staying at the forefront of new techniques and advancements in the industry.

Karine Jardim
Originally from Brazil and licensed in Aesthetics in the United States, Karine brings a unique blend of expertise, warmth, and dedication to every treatment she provides. Her profession allows her to unite her passion for caring for people with her commitment to enhancing well-being and self-esteem.
Karine finds fulfillment in creating meaningful client experiences—moments where each person feels valued, celebrated, and confident in their own uniqueness. From a young age in her home country of Brazil, Yomara discovered her passion for aesthetics. Growing up, she was always deeply committed to skincare and body care, nurturing a natural interest that would later define her career.
After moving to her new home, Yomara took her passion to the next level by enrolling in an aesthetics school. There, she further cultivated her love for aesthetics, specializing in both body and facial treatments. Her dedication and enthusiasm only grew stronger as she honed her skills and expanded her knowledge in the field.
